Kerry Earley

Kerry L. Earley joined the firm after a lengthy career in civil litigation. Originally from New York, she has been a Nevada resident for over 25 years. She graduated from Rockhurst College (B.A., 1973) and the University of San Diego (J.D., 1979). She is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu Honorary Society; San Diego Law Review (1978-1979); and is a graduate of the Hastings College of Advocacy. Kerry is a member of the State Bars of California, 1979 and Nevada, 1982. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of Nevada, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.

As a trial lawyer Kerry has practiced extensively in the fields of products liability, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, birth injuries, sexual assault, wrongful death and general personal injury. She has been lead trial attorney in numerous and complex litigated cases involving permanent brain damage and other catastrophic physical injuries.

Kerry is a member of the Nevada Justice Association.
